About us:
Ashby Canine Hydrotherapy centre is purpose built facility situated in the East Midlands with easy access from the M1 and A42 networks. The centre is set within pleasant secure grounds where you can exercise your dog before and after your therapy session
The centre houses our 4m x 2m therapy pool which is maintained at a constant 31 degrees.
Our hydrotherapy pool is set up with internal and external ramps. There are showering and drying facilities for dogs
Ashby Canine Hydrotherapy Centre is owned and run by myself, Elaine Kent, a trained canine hydrotherapist who has owned and worked with dogs for the past 35 years.
I am a qualified ABC Level 3 hydrotherapist for small animals.
The qualification includes:
Introduction to Hydrotherapy,
Pool Water Management,
First Aid in Animal Care,
Management of Medical Conditions in Hydrotherapy,
Musculoskeletal System and Conditions in Hydrotherapy
I also have a British Insitiute of Professional Dog Trainers Qualification.
